Product design for software where the rules are complicated: logistics, hospitality, humanitarian aid, manufacturing and fintech. Web, iPad, Android and iOS, including a right-to-left native system.

Four years on one product from junior to senior, and 0→1 work in other domains. I solve for the hidden logic: the rules nobody wrote down, the workarounds people built to survive the old system, and the regulation that arrives mid-roadmap.

A road-freight operator matched hundreds of trucks to a constant stream of offers in people's heads, Excel and email. Four years and five apps later, the desk works inside the system instead of around it.
